There will be no difference in your treatment, however there are a few changes that are required fitting in with the guidelines issued by the Government, our Association, and Insurance company (these will probably change on a week by week basis as more research follows).
To minimise face to face contact and you get the best out of your session we will do a pre appointment contact the day before this can either be by phone, face time or wats Ap.
Face coverings are required to be worn, if you do not have one I have disposable ones.
Payment can be by BAC transfer or card
Toilet facility is available
I have a scheduled cleaning in place which can be seen, so be assured that this fits in with the government guidelines.
Whether you have a specific health related problem, or just looking for some time for your self Reflexology and Massage have been found to help us reach a state of deep relaxation.
This can reduce stress and anxiety and in turn can lead to feeling refreshed and rediscovering that bounce and vitality .
I practice a number of therapies working from home in Stowmarket. Facial Reflexology and Zone face lift (the Bergman method), is available in Stowmarket .

ABOUT ME
I qualified as a nurse in 1982 and have spent over 37 years working in the UK and abroad including in the private sector as well as the NHS.
My own journey on to the alternative and complementary path happened in 1990 following an accident. It was then I became aware that there was much more to health issues than physical pain and illness; that there were other modalities of healing available to enable us to enjoy a better quality of life .
The first session of reflexology I experienced had a massive impact on the way I felt and I just knew I had to learn the technique!
I trained with Rainbow Star Healing, qualifying and becoming a full member of the Association of Reflexologists in 1997.
Over the years I have worked in many environments; hospital, nursing homes, industry and peoples own homes in the community. I have experienced the pain and difficulties that comes with illness and supported patients and families through these turbulent time.
Some times the hardest things can be illnesses that people don't see such as depression and anxiety. These can go hand in hand with other illnesses affecting our ability to cope on a daily basis. I have found that both Reflexology and Metamorphic technique can support people during these times.
Last year I worked with young adults in Bury St Edmunds highlighting the importance of living a balanced life, introducing them to the benefits of reflexology and Indian head massage in the educational sector. They were pure joy to work with and so receptive to the techniques wanting to know how they could work on themselves and each other.
My working week is varied and apart from seeing clients on a one to one basis, I provide:
- Weekly sessions at a Charity instructing and sharing the Metamorphic Technique with their
customers and support workers in Ipswich. - One to one Metamorphic sessions at 3 local care homes for clients with dementia and long-term
health conditions in Ipswich an d the out skirts of Bury St Edmunds. - Massage in Bury St Edmunds, Langham clinic
- 6-weekly Reflexology sessions for the work force of a local company in Claydon.
- Taster sessions of different therapies at various events .
